We stayed overnight for a comedy show nearby. Hotel was quiet and clean so nice stay for us.
I can tell it needs to be updated BUT Lakeisha makes it worth it. Great customer service and so nice.
This a very decent hotel for a not updated Courtyard. The rooms are clean and very well maintained. I left my do not disturb sign up but they left a trash bag of clean towels on my door. The front desk is always cheerful and quick to help. The bar Steve's coffee and breakfast quickly in the morning - the Starbucks is a plus!
We stayed 2 nights! Loved the down pillows! The employees were all awesome and so helpful! Lakesha at the front desk is a shining star! We loved her! She made us feel comfortable, welcome and pampered!
The hotel was comfortable and clean, but the staff was outstanding. My car broke down during my stay and the team, Len, Paulina, Ellen and Matt, went above and beyond to assist me in getting the issue handled, finding service, offering their hospitality, and soothing my frazzled nerves. They turned a bad experience into the best experience I have ever had with hotel staff. They are exemplary representatives for the Marriott brand with their professionalism and comportment.
Rooms are nice, good amount of space, and the service is good. No complimentary breakfast, just a café that serves food. The staff are great, they were really kind and welcoming. Personally not a fan of the beds, but alas it's not for everyone. If you're trying to leave through a side door, make sure your skin/hand touches the bar to leave...it's touch sensored and I saw plenty of people stuck trying to get the door open with their arm. Parking is ok BUT the lines are terribly faded, at night you practically can't see them. If it's a weekday then that's fine, not many people are there anyway, but if it's the weekend it's a bit more of an issue.
We come in town on average twice a year to visit family. We always choose to stay at the Courtyard in Hunt Valley! The rooms and property are well maintained and enjoyable. The area has a lot to offer and convenient to many places. We'll continue to choose this location.
Hotel was great. Cleanliness is obviously important here. Nice courtyard to chill in as well as a spacious lobby. Food prices were extremely high even for a hotel, but otherwise a great place to stay.
